Please contact us straight away if you are not satisfied with your purchase so that we can work on getting a solution.

You can contact us for any return questions at All queries will be dealt with but please allow a period of 24hrs or longer at busy times, we will try our very best to respond to you as soon as possible.


All exchanges of damaged goods will be processed within 2-4 working days. Please contact us via email.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt  and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or if you have received the wrong product. we would ask for proof in the form of a photo so that we can evaluate and correct the issue for you.

Replacement will be at our discretion and may not be offered to you if we believe your claim is false.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Used items cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons.


We do not offer a refund for change of mind, special orders or sale items.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days for a full refund depending on your bank.
